Initiate Your Return
Log into your Brantano account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn footwear or apparel back into its original branded box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the package is sealed properly.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
